Full-season tuition equals the published per-class rate multiplied by 22 sessions:

Regular full-season tuition is divided into seven monthly installments due September 1, October 1, November 1, and December 1, 2026, and January 1, February 1, and March 1, 2027.

Beginning Machine Sewing tuition is $216, paid in two installments of $108 on the dates shown in the final price summary. The $20 material fee is due at registration.

To withdraw, email Karla@hopecentertab.org. HCA will send written confirmation of the effective date. Notice received by the first calendar day of a month makes withdrawal effective on the first day of the next month. For example:

Registration fees and payments for classes already provided are nonrefundable. Material, uniform, production, costume, and prop charges already paid, incurred, ordered, or committed for the student are nonrefundable. HCA should identify each nonrefundable charge before acceptance.

Tuition is not reduced or refunded when a student misses class. A makeup class or credit is available only when HCA expressly offers one.

Group classes require at least four registered students. If fewer than four students register, HCA may cancel the class or offer a semi-private or private format at the published higher rate. The family may accept or decline the higher-priced format. HCA may not impose the higher rate without affirmative approval.

If HCA cancels an entire class, HCA will refund payments for services it does not provide. If HCA cancels an individual session, HCA may provide a reasonable makeup session or credit. HCA will notify families of weather, building, emergency, and schedule closures by email or its designated communication system.

Students should attend consistently, arrive on time, participate, and bring required materials and uniforms. A student may be unable to participate safely or effectively without required materials, equipment, or uniform. HCA will work with the family where a disability, medical condition, or other approved accommodation affects a requirement.

Email is HCA’s primary communication method. Families must keep their email and telephone information current and review messages regarding classes, schedule changes, performances, materials, and account status.

Report absences, questions, and concerns to Karla Pratts at Karla@hopecentertab.org. Do not interrupt or contact an instructor during class unless there is an immediate safety issue.

Students and families must treat other students, families, instructors, staff, volunteers, church personnel, and guests respectfully. The following conduct is prohibited:

Students must wear required class clothing, use materials and equipment safely, and accept age-appropriate instruction and correction respectfully. Depending on the seriousness and frequency of the conduct, HCA may give a warning, hold a parent conference, remove the student from a class, suspend the student, or dismiss the student. HCA may act immediately when reasonably necessary for safety. For non-emergency misconduct, HCA will ordinarily communicate the concern to the parent/legal guardian and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond. Refunds following suspension or dismissal are governed by Section 12.

Photography, video recording, and audio recording are regular parts of HCA classes, rehearsals, concerts, plays, productions, exhibitions, and events. The student may be photographed or recorded individually or as part of a class, cast, ensemble, production, exhibition, audience, or other group. By submitting this registration, the adult signer authorizes Hope Center Tabernacle, Inc., doing business as Hope Center Arts, and its authorized representatives to photograph and record the adult participant or minor student named in this application and to reproduce, edit, publish, display, livestream, archive, and distribute the resulting image, voice, performance, and depiction of student work in HCA or Hope Center Tabernacle websites, social media, newsletters, brochures, advertisements, fundraising materials, educational materials, press materials, event programs, recordings, and other lawful program-related communications, without compensation or further approval. Public materials may be copied or reposted by others. This authorization does not transfer ownership of the student’s underlying artwork or original composition, does not authorize HCA to sell the student’s likeness as a stand-alone commercial product, and does not authorize use of a minor student’s full name or a personal endorsement without separate permission. Because HCA cannot reasonably conduct and document classes, performances, concerts, productions, exhibitions, and public events while guaranteeing that a particular student will never appear in an image or recording, acceptance of this policy is a condition of enrollment and participation. A parent or legal guardian with a custody order, protective order, or documented safety concern involving publication of the student’s image must contact HCA privately before registering; HCA may consider reasonable protective arrangements but cannot guarantee exclusion from incidental background, audience, ensemble, class, cast, production, exhibition, or group images or recordings, particularly at public events. This authorization applies throughout the student’s enrollment and to HCA’s continued use of materials created during that enrollment.

HCA will use registration information to administer classes, communicate with families, process authorized payments, address safety and accommodation needs, and operate the program. HCA will limit access to personal, health, custody, and payment information to persons who reasonably need it for those purposes or as required by law. HCA will not publish student contact information, full birth dates, medical information, or custody information. A parent/legal guardian or adult student may request correction of registration information by contacting HCA.

Limited need-based financial assistance may be available for tuition. Unless HCA agrees otherwise in writing, assistance does not cover registration, production, material, costume, prop, uniform, book, music, or equipment charges. A separate application is required for each program year, and eligibility may be reviewed each semester. Registration for at least one class is required before applying.
